Race for the Cure

Today I ran in the Race for the Cure.  I ran in celebration of Pat Redmond and my mother-in-law Dorothy Rich. My mother-in-law is a survivor of breast cancer and Pat is my cousins Grandma.

Pat is currently fighting breast cancer.  My aunt Annie put a team together to celebrate Pat's fight against this disease.  Even though Pat is in the middle of chemo therapy she did walk part of the race.  She was surround by most of her Grandchildren and a lot of friends.  We hope this race brought her some encouragement and faith that she can win this battle.
.   Today we saw many slogans about breast.  Here were some of my favorites.

Save Second Base (I had to explain that one to my Grandma.)

Save the Man Boobs (for men that get breast cancer)
